Robert J. Slama, Esquire is a trial attorney, who began his career as a law clerk to the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and interned with the United States Attorney’s Office in the Jacksonville Division. He previously served in the United States Army Signal Corps and served overseas in the Republic of South Korea including the DMZ. He has argued cases including the United States Supreme Court, and has been involved in many high profile cases including Brenton L. Butler and Cherish Perrywinkle. He appeared on the Montel Williams Show and has lectured on Civil Rights, Bankruptcy, Criminal Defense and Family Law. Mr. Slama also was appointed a Lemon law Arbitrator by the Attorney General of the State of Florida and served on The Jacksonville Human Rights Commission appointed by Mayors John Delaney and John Peyton. David Trotti has also served in the United States Marine Corps and was a federal officer, served as part of the protection team for the United States Embassy, and was in the CIA. He is a talented musician, and played in the prestigious Marine Corps Band. He ran for Judge for the Fourth Judicial Circuit, and is a certified mediator and arbitrator for the State of Florida.
