House Hold Chores

Here we are entering summer and we realize… that gym membership hasn’t been used since February and we have to put on a swimsuit.

Going up and down the stairs is one of the best workouts you can do at home or even at work! And doing yard work is a close second. General cleaning like vacuuming, dusting and laundry are up there too!
