About the Show
Since 2006, Emily has proudly called the Jacksonville area home. She and her husband enjoy living the active Florida lifestyle while raising their three young daughters in this community. For the majority of her life, she has been rooted in the Sunshine State, as she was raised in Perry, Florida, and attended Florida State University. With a calling to work in law, Emily moved to New York to attend Pace University where she graduated with her law degree.
Her legal experience began with toxic tort litigation and evolved to real estate and estate planning. Through her journey in the legal field, Emily has discovered her true passion for helping families protect their assets and life’s work.
She formed her own practice in 2011 and currently serves clients with estate planning, elder law, long-term care planning, and asset protection strategies.
